Giveaway time!

I know I'm about a week or two late, but here is my giveaway, my very first!  This is my four seasons hutch. What makes this a little different is that I have made 4 individual "headboards" which are interchangeable according to the seasons.  And to help you get started accessorizing, I've included a mini to correspond to each headboard.

For spring, flowers and a beautiful bouquet.  Summer, to me, is a trip to the beach to go shelling so I came up with a sea shell theme and plaque.  Fall is harvest time. A footed bowl full of fruits and veggies to match the headboard.  Then for winter, the ever lovely poinsettia.

Altogether, you will be getting 1 hutch, 4 headboards and 4 accessories to match

To enter the giveaway:

1. become a follower of my blog

2.  leave a comment letting me know you would like to enter

Altho not required, I would appreciate it if you would put my giveaway on your blog with a link back.

The drawing will close on March 14 and I will draw a name on the following day, March 15.

I hope you enjoy this giveaway and believe it or not, I already have an idea for another giveaway for later this summer!  Oh my! What has gotten into me??  Well, it's just a small way of saying "thank you" to all my followers, old and new!

Good Luck!

Till next time

Sometimes I feel that time is flying by ( like when I'm mini-ing ) and at other times, it's not going fast enough ( ( like when I have the flu! ). But things are looking up.  I have had a couple of bright spots.  One of them is this:  two Michael's Hutches and some mini ornaments!  My friend gave them to me a few weeks ago and when I tried to pin her down as to where she got the hutches, she confessed that she's had them for nearly 2 years!  But the fact that she was thinking of me, made me very happy.

I wanted some hutches because I'm going to try my hand at Shabby Chic. What better way is there to start  than with hutches.  For me at least.  This one is the closest I have to Shabby Chic and although I like it, I do have some other ideas that I'm excited about.

The other thing I got done was just a little scenario to display some of the things I had made from natural woods and minis I received in a fairy swap a few years ago.  I covered the base with some scrap book paper and then got a print on line to make the backdrop.  I liked how it turned out and may make this permanent.  My apologies for the quality of photos and I hope you can click to enlarge.  I have plans for one more scenario for the things I made from "The Naturals" posts I did.

IN OTHER NEWS:

A new miniature magazine!  Creative Miniaturist!  I'm really excited because this magazine has such potential!  The photography is excellent, easy to follow tutorials and lots of tips for the new or "seasoned" miniaturist.  I have a link on my left sidebar so check it out, join up and enjoy!  ( A big thank you to Diane Costanza for including my tut on Camper's coffee Pot- my most viewed post ever)

Last but not least... I will be having my first ever giveaway next week.  Can anyone guess what it's going to be??  Details and pics coming soon!

Til next time!
